Summary Brian Doyle is an experienced Mechanical Engineer, Project Manager and

Senior Process Safety Consultant with HR-S.

Brian holds an MScEng in Process Safety & Loss Prevention from Sheffield University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from University College Dublin (UCD).

Brian previously worked in senior management roles within a number of regulated multinational businesses. He is a highly experienced individual with a history of achievements for clients and employers.

He currently manages the development of ‘Hazardous Risk – Solutions’ as well as providing Engineering Project Management and Process Safety Services to HR-S clients.

He is experienced in hazard identification and risk determination using standard recognised tools e.g. HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, BowTie, RCA etc.

He has 20+yrs experience with design/construction of projects in Pharmaceutical, Medical device and Chemical Process industrial sectors and has developed and implemented several Process Safety and Asset Maintenance Strategies for client and employer companies.
Key Assignments


Carrying out (and chairing) Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) and Hazard Identification Studies.

Provision of process safety training including Bow-Tie Analysis, Bow-Tie XP risk analysis software training, HAZOP training courses and consultancy services for HR-S clients including;  

C&C Group, BristolMyers Squibb, Sanofi, Guerbet, William Grant & Sons, Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Barclay Chemicals etc.
